Baragon Lantern! Muahahaha. For some reason, i'm prone to outline the outfit first. o.o Anyways, the boots are big like that to manage a bit of a "Flashy" look for him. To make it more exotic.

I just thougat your micro could be! He could villain rather than a hero but he can be like that guy in GI Joe who is a master of disguise (dont ask why that just poppped into my head but it did ) and the Baragon Lantern is coming along nicely

And most people prefer to do the outline first then reshade the shapes the have made later (like i do when i design armours)
