Just when I thought I was leaving this hobby, I come up with new ideas.

Karma sucks. lol

Anyway, after the little warm up with DBZ, I decided to revamp old guy Raziel once again.

I went almost from scratch with the Medieval one, left behind most of the stuff inherited by Alex first gift to me, which was the main inspiration for the Raziel you all know (until now).

I always imagined Raziel as some kind of Medieval Darth Vader (dies, revives in epic armor, dark past, dark future, got his own ambitions torwards his master and such).

So after playing MK9 for a while, I thought Kabal would work as a template for the New Medieval razil, just as the New Red hood was for the Modern.

So, after a few hours of work, this is the main result I got:


Raziel!

The bandana, X scar and metal mask remains, all the rest was revamped.

Don't quite look medieval as the old version, but it's a start.

The hook variation of the Oblivion Sword was cool, but it simply didn't fit him, I believe. So I went for a more common design.

As for the Modern version, I changed the mask to fit the upgrades, and I changed his gloves, as I thought the old ones were too common.

I may edit the Medieval version a bit more to perfect it, but for now, I'm really happy with the result. You can check the old version in my sig for comparison.

And all you folks may wait for new adventures of The Renegade soon...

Again, it feels really good to be back, but I may not be so active for now on. Got some real life to attend to (finding a new job, getting my social life back on track, the banal stuff... lol). But don't be fooled: I'll still be around here, after all got some Moderation to do as well.

Proceeding with Raziel Uni:


Razor!

A mix of Ermac, Razor's new version and my original Raziel uni version.

Still working on the design, but this one can give you a preview of what's coming.

In the Raziel Universe, Razor is part of a group of knights know as The Saints. They keep the peace on world, fighting menaces just like Dragos' Renegade warriors. He was offered a place as an Elite Renegade, but he deliberately refused. Not the kind that accepts a "no" as an answer and wanting to test his newest minion, he sent Raziel to kfight and kill Razor, as Raziel's baptism of fire. Severely wounded,and with an X-shaped scar on his right missing eye, Raziel survived the encounter, even leaving a scar at Razor's face, something nearly impossible for a low class warrior such as him. Dragos saw the potential Raziel had to become an elite, so Raziel became his new favorite, enraging Cerberus and the other Elites. Razor went back to the Saint's HQ, but refused to heal the scar, leaving it as reminder of the only man who managed to hurt him: Raziel.

I'll also work on the modern version once I fully finish the medieval version.

But for now, that's all folks!
