Powers: can leap up to 20 meters. very high skill in hand to hand combat, archery and free running.
Languages known; English, French, Kanien'keha:ka (mohawk.)
bio: As a child Jack was told stories of hs ancestor, a war hero names Flying Sparrow. Flying sparrow had defeated a major plot to destroy texas and turn it in to factory town to make Dynamite and ship it out to Arkansas, only into his early thirties did he realise that the mayor of houston was descended from the man who was plotting to destroy texas in the 18th century against Flying Sparrow. the mayor had looked in to his ancestors history and decided to finish what his ancestor could not. so Jack set out to re-live the life of his ancestor and foil the plan to destroy his home state.

Name: Leroy James Stanley
Alias: The Mayor
Age: 46
D.O.B: 14th march 1966
Powers: can see through walls.
Bio: Leroy Stanley was elected Mayor of Houston in 1994. since then he has spent years researching Leroy Manford Stanley, The Ancestor after whom he is named. He decided to take on the project of his ancestor and turn Texas in to a factory state, shipping explosives to other states for obscene amounts of money.
