| Astra from "Magneto: Not A Hero" series... For my first micro I decided to go big. Its a very out-there costume and was really tricky... I hope it isnt too big. I'm begging for your advice and (constructive) criticisms! Props to Blanchett's templates and MS Powerpoint Shapes | |

| It looks good but it is kinda big. Did that happen when you saved it or after you uploaded it? | |

| Very good work for a first micro but the size and image quality is a bit muddled. What program did you save it as? | |

It blew up when I saved it. - Undefined wrote:

I saved it as a png file in Paint.net... I did as much as I could in Paint.net, but I couldn't get the hair right so I used the image in MS Powerpoint and added shapes. THEN, I saved and uploaded it. Maybe that was the issue...

| Try saving your work in PNG format. That might help you better. | |

| How about now? I think this should be less muddled. | |

| You want criticism, right?
It is a very nice micro. For your start, this is really good. There are color spots? Did you do those on purpose? It seems odd. The first one had hair strips, those looked cool.
I like that you used eye shadow, people are afraid to attempt make-up so kudos there!

| Browsing through various galleries, and I spot a new member... This is only your first micro? She's incredible! Keep up the good work! And, if you want positive, constructive criticism, I honestly think you have a very solid start, and a nice style. However, don't be afraid to go crazy with details and shading! I see the blue spots there, they kind of resemble stars, or maybe sparkles. That's what they look like to me, anyway. but they look nice! One way to add to a "sparkling" effect is to use both really light and darker shades of pixels, it adds nice.. dimension, if you will. But i really like her.. Like I said, I'm surprised that THIS is your first micro. [mine was an utter failure. XD] Anywho, just thought I'd check out your first micro. You did a fantastic job! Can't wait to see more! | |
