The American's Hero Gallery - 24/05/07

Well here are some of what I have done. This is one of my characters based in the Marvel Universe.

MYSELF
Well here is a Micro of Me in my birthday suite and two of me in my every day work clothes. I have to admit that all the parts of the uniform are from Zero as well as the rifle. The fourth one is of me in my dress uniform. uniform provided by Zedox; though I have modified it. The last one is of me as a Jedi. Got the robes from Spector, though I modified it slightly.


THE AMERICAN
The first two (One and Two) are ones that I did about a year ago. I used Ze Ball Breakers version of "Man without a Country" and did some repainting and accessorizing. The second two (Three and Four) I also found on Ze Ball Breakers site just recently and did some repainting and accessorizing. The fifth one was done by Abel for me.


SPADE
Here is another one of my characters. One day I will post all of them in the Universe section with a story.


GLADIATOR
Well this is obviously from The_Green_Guaridan_II's templates. I saw them and just couldn't resist.


Dark Lord of the Sith
Here is my Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Stiedrick. The first is of him naked. Second one is him in his Tunic with Lightsaber. The Third one his him in his Full Robes. The Fourth is him in his Full Robes with Lightsaber.


TEMPLATES
When I was creating the template of me in uniform I found I need a rifle to hold. This is Zero's Rifle with a hand added. This Jedi Tunic I created from Spectors stuff. I just made the center piece longer. I will use this one day to complete my Dark Lord. Next comes my Dark Lords Lightsaber, and then the Robes I made for him.


I came here to improve my skills, so hopefully they will only get better with time.

Yes a good begining!
But almost nobody uses now the asimetric template.
Do you prefer it?

Honestly this was my first run into the world of Micros and It was a simple repaint and cut paste. Is there a tutorial on how you guys do it differently? I haven't seen it.

What is the difference? I have looked at the templates and I can't see any. Maybe someone can explain it to me.

The one you have used has half body shadowed.
Is not symetrical.

Well I have been here all day just reading the site. Now that you mention it I see what you are talking about. I just took it as lighting affects.

Here is what I worked on for the next generation. Again I used Ze Ball Breakers "A Man without a Country. Will attempt this one day from scratch. I think this is more what you are talking about.

Save them in bmp then convert them to gif.

I know Dax but my work computer does not have the capability of saving in GIF at all.

THAT is weird.

Can you save them as png ? because then, just try using something else than photobucket to upload your images.

@Dax, No it can't save in PNG either. Its a work computer, the only reason I uploaded right then was to show Iceman what I was doing before he went off line. I will change it to gif when I get home.
