my new set I hope you will like them too : Mercure Queen, Blind Vengeance, the Screamer, Weapon-X23, Ecstasy and Firematch (another time I've tried to make match the powers or/and orginal looks)

Sorry but my opinion on youre "work" is the same I give to Evolver gallery, I dont see nothing on talent in take micros done by others and change pieces and heads, and recoloring even with authorization of the micromaker that done orignally, theres not the way that micro world will advance, sorry but is the truth and dont take it personal, take it as it is, a advice of a real Micro Maker.
If you take youre own risk you can do a better job maybe better than the joffre ones or even maybe better than myself, all it depends in youre ability and the soul and heart you put on the things you will do

Evolver and Rom are not the forst and will not be the last micromaker to work like this.

A friend of me, Sunder who died a few months ago was a micromaker too. I hope you remember him.

His work was often simple, and quite often simply recolors, copy//paste of other micros. Why ? because he had ideas (great one I must say) but we was lazy and didn't care about the details.

He used his micro to illustrate his ideas and stories and he was respected for it.

I don't know Evolver a lot, but I respect Rom. Why ? because he never claimed the work was his own, from the begining he always said : 'I made all of those using parts of others'micromakers, thank you all for your great work, If you had not made the micros I could show my ideas to the world.'

Rom is honest and nice, He has ideas but lack the talent and maybe the time to make all on his own. Your are the first person I see accusing him. And I don't think it is nice.

I totally second what you said Dax and agree with everything you said, as I started of the same way but lied claiming credit for myself but I changed and learned and my works evolved and Id like to say all of my work is not original except for the template i use.
But also I think Avatar was just offering advice and encouraging rom to try his hand at his own style.

Im just concern about what will happend with the next gen of micro makers, I have 2 years on micros and is kind of sad see that things for some people dosnt advance in 2 years. I think new members need more support from the "veterans" and not only "respect" Dax
And Im not acusing noone I just saying what I think about the "work" of ROM and Evolver, so thats not the intention of this board? coment what everyone think about the work of others?

avatar I'm sorry but my galleries is from the begining a gallerie of combos or amagalm

I always put credits of the REAL micro creators
and besides I try to always ask to people permission to use the micros as for joffre, iceman, spaz and major justice or I use the one who are in free acces in ze ball breaker site
I also try to respect the wish of micro ceators as Blanchett that don't want to see their micros uses

to conclude avatar I'm respecting a lot your work and the work of micro creators (mostly iceman, joffre, anth, pared, mythu, major justice and spaz for their incredible site and all the others talended micro creators)
I'm just a little suprised that on the contrary you didn't respect my work ................who is just use of other micro in order to realise great ideas I have.........................
maybe that is the point, maybe your cretisize comments come from your lack of ideas:suspect:

anyway I won't stop making micros or combos or amalgam or whatever
first because I'm like addicted
two because I need to realise my ideas
and third becaus apperently some guy here in the board

I just will say: SEE MY GALLERY AND SEE A REAL PIECE OF ARTWORK, I made all my pieces I dont need the surpluses or the charity of others micro creators.
Read me very careful rookie, first of all I given you a advice, second, my intention never was hurt youre feelings but I give my opinnion and is the truth, anyway I do not think to clap something that is not well done, coverall if is something mediocre. You could have the best ideas of the world if you want but as micro maker I dont pay for you any cents.

If this is going to turn into an argument I think it should be kept in pms and not in a gallery where anyone can see whats been said! But I dont think any insults should be made at one another as both offered advice and thats what it should of been kept at.
