We saw a guy called
Johan and his life. At day he works as a Kendo trainer and at night he
is the hero blue claw he fights crime and corruption.
We saw his
girlfriend and how she dies drmaticly cause blue claw is out at hunting
and thugs break into his appartment. he is near to stop his heroness

in
a flashback we saw to little guys getting adopted by a chinese kendo
master who takes them to his own little village the younger one
(2years) is called arthur we dont get to know the name of the older one

Mext scenethe guys are grown up the older one Johan is know 18 and moves to the city he was born Silver Sky City

Arthur
Kendoschi drive via Train to Silver Sky City one of the biggest Cities
in America. Its the place were he lived in a children-home until he and
a other guy were adopted by a chinese Kendo-Master. Now he wants to
meet his adoptet brother who went back to their hometown. he didt saw
his brother for 10 years arthur is now 23 and after his adopteive
father died he finaly has time to met him,
At the train station he
is kidnapped by two thugs after 2 Days a strange guy bust into the
hideout of the gangsters. He calls himself Blue-Claw and is a well nown
hero in the city. He is able to kill the two gangster and free Arthur.
But arhtur notice that the hero make strange noises and limps
Bluew
Claw remove his mask and underneath it is Arthurs brother Johan he
tells in his last mintues to live everything to his brother.

In honor to his brother arthur takes over his kendo school and trys to make a new costum for Blue Claw
(we
see him making all the life thigns etc try to get lifing in the new
city etc and working at the suit) fighting crime in a black sweat suit
and a storm-mask

at the very end of the movie a guy is standing
on top of a skyscraper the camera moves nearer and the guy lightewns up
we saw the new costum and hear arthur say..THIS IS RAZORS TIME and
jumping away
