everytime a new members come to the board we have to tell him.... dont save your work in JPG it destroy everything. save it in gif or png they will look better.

now i would like to comment on your characters but i dont know them sorry

You have a good start. Like Joe says JPG format will turn your creations ina spotty mess and blotch every pixel. try saving in GIF, or PNG. Really good creations though.
