Nice work on the lantern, although the colours for the blue and yellow ones seem a bit of to me.

blue one, looks a little on the purple side, and the yellow one looks a little on the green side from where I'm standing.

Haha, no. Theyre first off gonna look dif, due to the dark green background. But in photoshop, they're pure yellow, green and blue XD

As for the uniforms, they're just the style I shaded them in XD they're all muted in one way or another

I agree, the dark green background does have a role in the change of colours, but I checked the RGB values and :

From lighter to darker,

RGB codes for Aarel's colours :
Red 100 Green 93 Blue 182

so there is definitely some red here, and red+blue = purple

RGB codes for Sever's colours :
Red 205 Green 211 Blue 72

More green than red in your yellow, so the green side wasn't an illusion

Maybe it's only bugging me lol, and your are the master of those creations.

But other than the colours, they are very nice.


P.S : you are telling me in the chatbox it's because you mixed some grey in it because the colours were to bright for your tastes, ok I can understand that.
