SUPER SMALL update (09/15/2008)

I've updated my Cyborgs dreadlocks - I just didn't like the way they looked. I've also revamped Gabe's dreads, but he doesn't have them in my Universe yet, so I'll wait to post those... but for a preview, keep an eye on my Avatar.

Oh I can see them now!

Unfortunately, that particular fire isn't mine. I can't remember who's it is - but they deserve the credit. I'm just using that fire as a base (oh, I did edit the fire to wrap about the micro's hands)

OMG, Killer Instinct! There's a blast from the past! Nice work, man. Liking the half-formed invisi-shield.

Really awesome new design for your dreadlocks. Your ("We are SO getting sued for this...") are so awesome, I like all of them.

Thanks Cap, in all honestly, I'm terrible about giving credit (which is why it's in my sig) but the bubble is from one of Tricksters old micros (used with permition) and then I created the crosshatch effect for the fade out. I may post it as a template - original cred going to trickster of course.

Heh, yeah, those Dreadlocks were quite rough to make, they went through several phases before I liked how it looked - but worth it! I'm definitely glad you enjoyed my little project! The original idea was a long time coming - seeing as how so many people have art/micros of their characters in different universes or as different characters. Then I paired that with something from CoH forums when I heard Marvel and DC were starting to sue the website/users for infringing their copywritten costumes and character names - so "We are SO getting Sued.." was born!

Ahh, fair enough man. My next question was on an easy way to do transparency (for an upcoming micro), but you already answered it for me! Anticipating my needs, how thoughtful!

Great job on the "Sued" characters, you always find a way to make your micros unique.

I really like the way you did the flames. The Force shield is also cool but the flames are what really caught my attention.

The new hair looks awesome, i dont think I;ve commented on your past few updates but the gallery is lookin good, very impressive work!

I thank all of you for commenting on my micros - it's nice to see people looking at what my derranged mind produces - SPEAKING OF THAT! here's 2 new micros from "the Fairly Odd Parents" - from an episode I saw today that featured the American and Canadian Legal Systems, and how punishments are enforced! So, the professional American&Canadian Paddlers:


They're not exact, but as close as I could remember. And yes, they look like professional wrestlers, not Penal-Institution Punishment Enforcers.

UPDATE 09/25/08: MORE VANITY MICROS!

These are not only vanity micros, but they are micros of ME, not my alter ego "Gabriel Smith" So, this is pretty much what I look like on a daily basis (unless it's cold, when I wear long pants)


And now, back to being Gabe Smith: SPECTACULAR GABE with updated Dreadlocks and a smoking habit!
