Totally up to you. I personally always like it if someone lets me know...there are a lot of galleries, and it sucks to be the last to know when someone's remade your avatar or something.... - Reverend.Slaughter wrote:

Thanks. I'm still not sure. I may just make a post of here with every M.I.B.ian in it since I don't want to "spam" people because if I was to PM everyone I've made stuff for: I would have a form post so that I would cut down on writing time. - Dragonfist23 wrote:

Thanks & you'll have to wait: I haven't made anyone new yet. I may make someone new today, not sure. I got a few people in mind.

Yes, I know the movie but that was long capes. I think short capes (down to the like the calf) could still work.

Thanks. No problem! Happy to display it! ^_^ Yeah, I've thought about a starfield pattern before, like on the inside of his cape or whatever for a more "cosmic" look. I've gone through so many ideas on City of Heroes, it isn't even funny! Golden/Silver Agey is definitely the feel for Cap! In fact, my favourite costume for him on CoH is a "Rocketeer"/50's Sci-Fi inspired look.

| Yes Captain Starlight is amagnific micro, and maybe now I noticed than I didnĀ“t give enough comment to your avatar list, all of them are very well finished, but the ones in which you have achieved a higher level, are in my humble opinion those: What a magnific set!, And I realize, by seeing all together, what a great work you do in dark micros, making an almost black effect but where you still can see perfectly defined shapes. I like specially those almost monocromathic micros but with a single colour note, like my Iceman, Kgoku, Knight Owl or the Thanagarian Cursade. And those three last ones look magnific too, Rachel's face is really sweet, and that Cervando's uniform has a great look with his mixing of medieval and recent war pieces. | |

Golden/Silver Agey is definitely the feel for Cap! In fact, my favourite costume for him on CoH is a "Rocketeer"/50's Sci-Fi inspired look. I know a guy who has a character with a cape like that, it looks pretty cool. I too am a fan of the retro look. I even made a universe where the Avengers are formed during the 1940's & retro goodness abounds! - Iceman wrote:

Thanks. Some people just tend to go for the dark colors so I use them. Side note: Instead of just using a black, I use shades of grey. Some times a dark grey that looks almost black. I do this since just using black kind of flattens out the micro, where as shades of grey gives it's some shape. - Iceman wrote:

Thanks. It's all in your color choices. Also in playing around with colors you find out what works & what doesn't. - Iceman wrote:

Thanks. Rachel's face is sweet to reflect the person. Cervando has done a few versions of himself that I used as references. His look is more or an full body armor thing but I went a more costume look. - mowzer wrote:

| I've amended my listing of People on Pg. 1. Don't worry, I have not deleted anyone from here. I've just taken down people that I've had on the list, thought I would get to making them but the more I think about: I'll never get to them. Plus, I hardly see them so they'd never know if I made anything for them anyways. Right now I have a little over 25 more people to do & then I'll have most current list done. But then I'll add more people to the list or go into "update" mode: I already know a few which I would redo. Then there is also my other projects which I am also concurrently doing. There is all the other stuff I have go to deal with that is "the real world". So, the list of 25 or so people should be done by 2010. | |
