Though she doesn't know it her father is actually the former supervillain Storm-Miester who passed on his superhuman DNA to her. Her inexperience doesn't prevent her from trying to help where she can though, and in doing so she has met the Spector several times. Her powers are flight and the ability to project powerful blasts of air. Her name is a rather obvious play on the word Heiress.
