Well it's been a while...again, but I am back with some new stuff. I haven't been micro-ing lately, but I have been watching the boards, still amazed at all the talent contained here, the new innovative styles and so on it's really great!

Thanks for all the kind words and "welcome backs" everyone. I seem to go M.I.A and return fairly often these days, but real life has been crazy of late so bear with me. Well, enough of the blah, blah, blah...here some more micros.

The original Guardians of the Galaxy circa 1968-69

Charlie-27, Vance Astro, Matinex, Yondu

Not entirely happy with Charlie-27. I tried to make a new temp for him since he has a very distinct body shape, but I think his upper body may be to big, or maybe I should have made him thicker in the middle? not sure...any CC is appreciated.

Martinex is basically Robert Bradley's Buscema Martinex, I just adapted him to my preferred template and changed some of the coloring/shading.

I'm not really sure how Yondu keeps his arrows on his back, but that's how they drew him...sometimes with boots sometimes without all within the same issue so I went with what I liked.

Those look kick ass!

And THAT sir, is why you are the MAN. lol Nice job.

Wow!!!!!!!!! The Quasars and the Guardians of the galaxy are just PERFECT!!!!!!!!! Wendell is astonishing and charlie and Yondu are perfect as you made. You know I adore the very acurate micros with a lot of details. Dont know how much to say....Love them!!!!!

And about Charlie27, he is great too, but I see your point, he looked really bulky, maybe is just the face, that should be more the Hulk type of face (little nose, massive eyeburns), I´m not sure.

I think you are right about the face. I made some changes to his upper body...it was just too broad, but I also changed his face and made it thicker. I am much happier with the result. Thanks for the input!
