Da Eclectic Boogaloo! *an FYI, pg. 51*

So... I'm going to make my announcement a bit earlier then I had planned. But that's ok.

So, in 2009 I made a series of micros (as part of a Request project) of various MIB members as Santa's Elves. I had planned on doing it in 2010 but I couldn't for various reasons. But I can & am doing it this year.

This project will last until the last week of December.

Rayne: Thanks. I'll always take some love but this is the first thing I can remember that you've replied of mine in awhile. There has been quite a few different updates that have yet to receive your love.

I'm not exactly sure what (if anything) I'll be working on next. I really have no ideas at the moment.

I've been thinking about what I want to do next & I'm still not sure what. I have been looking over old projects I've done & one that has sparked some interest is the My Marvel Future project.

I'm not sure if I just want to return to the project to update the micros (something I have already done once) or if I want to "reboot" the project (keeping the basic concepts & starting over).

EDIT: Anyone else remember my DC Generational project? This is another old project I might update the micros for & I might be able to fill in some the gaps left in the project. I might even add a few characters to it characters to.

What do you, the MIB Community, think?

I remember both projects quite well, and am excited to see you return to either.
My personal preference would be Marvel, as I am more Marvel than DC, but either or would be interesting to see.
As for rebooting or updating, I couldn't say; that would be more a personal question...
I know that doesn't really help, but it's all I've got... sorry.

Those were pretty sweet designs. I would love to see the DC Generational going agian.

The topic of "rebooting" came to mind after looking over the Marvel project, there would be 1 or 2 micros that I could just update & be happy with. The rest I'm not so sure. So, I was thinking if I rebooted the whole thing maybe I'd be happier with it but that also would requite more work.

With the DC project I still like pretty much who everyone one is & would only remake the micros to the current state of how I make my micros now & then I would fix/change the problems I see with the older micros (I do see there are a few problems). This would free me up a bit to add in new micros to the project. This most likely would be supporting cast members over the the eras.

As you might be able to tell, I am currently leaning towards the DC project over the Marvel project. But I am still open to people's opinions on the subject.

The request project for that "christmas set" did run for most of December & will most likely return next December. So maybe next year

So... I've decided to revisit my DC Generational project.

This simply won't be just remaking the micros from the project (all though the micros will be remade to my current art standard) but new characters will be added to the project. There will also be a few characters who names/micros which be altered from the previous project.

Like last time, there will be 5 eras (going from the Mid 20th Century to Mid 21st Century) & with in each era there will be a couple different sub-groupings.

I'll be posting the first set of micros soon.
