i have done my firsts micros since evening's begining and I have ever done two characters and any variants
What do you tell about it ? ( don't be nasty , please xD ^^ )

First things first : Never never save a microhero in jpg. This format is bad bad bad for microheroes. jpg = the devil when it comes to pixel art.

Choose either gif or png.

I don't know the software you're using so I can't help you beyond that, but I know MS paint screw up the gif format from time to time.

Nice start, but as Dax said save it as a png or gif.

Nice, and as Felis7 would say: "try using a Transparent background. Makes them look cleaner."

great work! better than my first micros. i especially like that you avoid a black outline. these are great for some characters or even stylish for certain creators, but i think you're work is best as is.

and these pros are right: never save in jpg format. this reduces the pixel quality and muds the micro. i always save mine in gif. if your working from paint, this will cause a loss of colors, so save as bmp and use an image convertor to make it a gif. you can find them free all over the internet.

and transperant backgrounds are amazing. that'll be something you'll want to work on later. again, if you're working from paint, you'll need another program to add transparency. gifworks.com will do this for you as long as the image is in gif format.
