Wow, that's a considerable improvement from the wip you showed us. I love the reshaping of the face, the sheen on the glasses (my favorite), and the shading really displays a sense of realistic depth. VERY nicely done.
This is pretty much a tutorial on how to make a great micro in and of itself.
