| Hi, I'm New and, well, here is my gallery. I've only got one Micro at the moment but here it is. AkaRed From Boukenger Vs. Super Sentai The Template Body, Boots and Original Belt were From CopperAgeComics, Everything Else was done by me. Feel free to criticise and use parts from him, providing you give credit. I'll Probably put new Micro's on this post rather than later on in the thread but i'm not sure. Critique Welcome |

| Not bad, though you may want to try using some of the three shade templates. | |

| Three shades or more for microheroes and templates is the new standard. But some irreducible old school continue to use only two.
It is a nice start for a first micro. _________________ Templates update : September the 30th 2020 -///- Gallery update : April 2nd 2022 ReImagining MMPR my universe. Super Secret Project done at 35.48% (11 out of 31) Avatar by me.

| Thank you for the comments.
I didn't know about three shade templates, but i'll use them from now on, and probably start by redoing AkaRed.
Are there any points about the actual design of the micro, in comparison to his actual appearance. I know he should have a badge on his chest but I figured it would be too difficult to do. |

| Let me start if by saying as a first micro this is very good and I like the simple sleek design. But if you want pointers some I hope will help: I think if you go into the template section and play with some three shade templates and maybe use some glove and boots temps it could look a bit cleaner. Also Id add black lines around the 'V' stip. Perhaps make the shoulder/neck things bigger. Maybe look at some other Sentai/Power Ranger micros for the style of the mouth.
Also I may make my own version as a gift later on but first want you to improve or else Im just giving you the end result in a sense lol

| Start with a few of these points and already you should see some evolution.
The gloves are wrong, they should go up to halfway on his arm and not be limited to the wrists.
The head should be different as well, the shape isn't very helmet like here and he shouldn't have ears.
The middle X on the belt should be bigger then the other two, and the belt should be all the width of his body.
Oh and I don' know if you work with references or by memory, but using references can help a lot since memory can be faulty. _________________ Templates update : September the 30th 2020 -///- Gallery update : April 2nd 2022 ReImagining MMPR my universe. | THank you Dax and Quester for the advice, I'll be sure to implement it.
QUester, thank you for the offer, though I will wait till I've redone AkaRed before even asking If you'll do it.
where can I find three shade boot templates, anyone?
I won't be able to make any for a few weeks, as i have exams coming up. |

| The best way is to make them yourself.
Either you draw them from scratch, or you use the two shades as a base and add a third shade to it. _________________ Templates update : September the 30th 2020 -///- Gallery update : April 2nd 2022 ReImagining MMPR my universe. Super Secret Project done at 35.48% (11 out of 31) Avatar by me.

| Right I'm back, I had exams followed by important work to deal with but that's all done now. Any way, here is my second micro, though it is essentially a rework of the original: AkaRed MK II Credit to Dax for the body template and OmnisRa for the Boots, and thank you to both of you. I will probably improve on the design a little more, but oh well. |

| Really like that micro (though I tend to prefer black lines thats just my thing and its good your developing your own stlye). The only thing I would change is the mouth gaurd. Try looking at these micros- dont borrow but be inspired maybe. I hope Spyda doesnt me posting this here but I have specified stealin is a no-no: - Spyda-Man wrote:

| As long as you can remember what you're email address is, you can go to the thing that says "forgot my password" and type it in and then you're good after going to your email to see what it was!
