C'est le bolide de l'équipe, utile comme messager avec les hautes instance ou autres en plus il capte partout. Capable d atteindre des vitesse vertigineuse pas encore a son maximum, protegé par la dureté de sa peau pour resister au grande vitesse .Doom lui a forgé un casque en adamantium incassable qu'il utilise comme belier avec vision nocturne, infrarouge, detecteur de chaleur, connecter a internet 24H/24, brancher sur la radio de la police, liason telephonique . Son genie lui a permis de construire 2 baton court de boxe chinoise high tech : lance grapin, projection de bille d acier, peuvent s'allonger ou se retrecir pour se ranger dans le compartiment prevue a sa jambe, commande vocale et plein d'autres gadgets.
Doom le forma aux arts martiaux et en fit un expert en peu de tamps grace a la matrice de combat inventé par Reed ( une sorte de salle des dangers mixait a la machine de matrix), adepte du systeme D il a toujours un couteau suisse et des trombonnes avec lui...

Très lier à victor Doom amicalement et peut etre plus, Rebel est parti dans l'espace avec ses amis afin d'explorer l'univers quand ils on été pris dans une tempete cosmique, arrosé par les particules cosmiques croyant leurs fin venir, ils sombrèrent dans un bref coma. La navette spatial sur pilote automatique rentra à sa base de lancement.
Une fois sur terre et heureux d'être en vie, ils resterent deux semaine au repos. A la fin leurs corps avaient évolué, certains etaient plus musclé, plus fort, d'autre plus rapide ...
