Two new Special Universes.

for Spider-Man I don't have a name yet but for now I'll call Spider-Man Post Back in Black

(based on 2099 and Unlimited)
This universe is equal to the original spider-man the difference is that events like "Brand New Day" and "One More Day" didn’t happen. Peter accepted the death of Aunt May when he realized he had nothing else he could do. But other events happened as the Skrull Invasion and Norman Osborn assume power and create the Dark Avengers. After falling into a trap and be nearly killed by Dark Avengers, Peter asked Stark and Reed Richards to help him build a new suit more resistant and with technological advances (More than the Stark Armor). Peter now has a new uniform and is part of the "Ultimate Alliance" formed by a resistance meta-humans against Osborn. He is still married to Mary Jane and they are hidden in an underground headquarters that Peter built. And he did not kill the Kingpin after the death of Aunt May, but he always torments the Kingpin pretending be a ghost (The Kingpin believes Peter’s dead after the Dark Avengers strike).

This universe begins soon after the death of Batman. Richard realizes that Gotham needs him more than any other city then and convinces Robin take care of Gotham City for a while. Tim agrees and Richard begins to travel the world as Bruce did to learn more. After two years Richard back and realize that Gotham was taken by the chaos, and now has to save the town and find out what happened to Tim Drake. One of the few places still safely is Wayne Manor and Alfred is still there. Richard makes a provisional uniform and begins to "cleanse" the city and realize that the person responsible for attempting to destroy Gotham is the Scarecrow and has to stop him. Richard realizes Tim was a prisoner of the Scarecrow and Tim was on the effect of strong drugs and Richard freed Tim. Just prior Richard arrest Crane, Jason Todd appears and nearly kills Crane with a bullet that was housed near the heart. Richard and Jason have a deadly fight, but Jason escapes and Richard has to save Crane. After Tim proves incomprehensible and blame Richard for the torture he suffered while he was a prisoner of Crane he leaves the mansion. Alfred joins Richard and they begin to organize things. They help rebuild the city, Richard becomes the new Batman and CEO of Wayne Enterprises, Wally West moves to the future and a medical cure Barbara Gordon and she returns to walk, after leaving Gotham Tim became Red Robin, Talia is with custody of Damian and controls the League of Shadows (Ra's mysteriously disappeared).
