| Actually, it's a "Steampunk" version of Superman, which is quite awesome. Steampunk being the phenomenon of victorian era lifestyle, with steam-powered technology of the 21st century like cars, guns, computers, etc... It originally began as a parody of "Cyberpunk" the futuristic worlds mixed with fantasy. Quite funny, because it caught on quite nicely in the underground. I'd highly suggest google image searching "steampunk" and also checking out the band "Abney Park" The fashion is exquisit, and the tech is just plain cool. Jules Vern cool.
Oh, and awesome mock-up of (one of the) Steampunk/Victorian Superman. Quite good, the rest of the JLA as I expect will be most excellent! | |
