Storm is kinda intimidating to make because of the amount of details, the cape and the hair

I changed my style of shading a little, but it's barely noticeable.



The announcements of the Ultimate relaunches really revived my interest in the line. I never thought that could happen. I'll probably make more Ultimate micros because I really love most of the costumes.

I had a lot of fun making this one even though I don't like making street clothes. I'm very happy with the way this micro turned out. Here my new shading is more obvious if you compare to my avatar.

Thnaks. I started adding more shades to my micros. It's harder to make, but I'm more pleased with how they look now.

you shouldnt be mad. he/we dont do it to steal your work, just to show them. To Share them with the world so our hobby can be see.

I think you may have misunderstood the purpose of that site Cyclops. Its a showcase, archive type post. Like ZBBs was

It's just wrong to take someone's work without even asking permission, especially when I wrote right on my signature not to copy my micros. There's really no excuse.
If they don't stop taking my micros, I don't think I'll continue to post here.

I totally see where you're coming from, Cyclops.
It's your right to be upset when others post your micros without your permission. Sure, credit is nice, but it's better to be asked to have your stuff included.
However, as we are on an online, open to the public media, you have to realize that your stuff will be taken; it's just how the community as a whole works. The only way you can guarantee that your stuff isn't stolen is to not post it anywhere. And that would be a drag for those fans you've amassed here.
Just some thoughts from someone who has been involved in the community for over a decade now...


Quester, one's micros should only be added to an archive if the artist wants them to be. That's why the forum archive is so bare, no one is submitting their stuff for inclusion, so it's not going up. Also, remember our past conversations? This qualifies.


Joe, since you're reading this thread and likely in contact with the Micro-Heroes Compendium's admin, could you ask him to please stop removing the tag at the end of my micros? if he needs to chop the file names, my tag should not be what is lost.

I had the same problem Cyc, and I agree they should ask before they take -.-

Thanks for the support, guys. Sadly, I think it's pretty obvious that whoever is taking people's micros doesn't care about what the creators think. The guy will keep stealing no matter what.
I'll continue to post, but probably not as much and not in the same way I used to.
