Leader: The Skull The Skulls are growing in number, and have almost taken of the area known as "The Underground", a very dangerous area in Vindicate City run down, and ruled by thugs and crooks. It isn't even safe to go down there in broad daylight, although you wouldn't be able to tell when it was day. If you walk down these streets you have a 100% change you will be robbed, a 65% you will be jumped and beaten, an a 30% chance you'll be killed. Most of the lower class Skulls use real skulls for their masks. They're biggest rivals are the Hell Born's. Hell Born's.  Leader: Maxwell Helbourne Your average gangster. These guys are untouchables, and seem like they stepped out of the 1920's. They're rivals are the Skulls. Cognito Inc.  The big surprise of this gang? It's made up of one person. A person with the ability to split into 765 clones of himself, each clone being a different colour. He uses his duplicates to form a gang known as Cognito Inc. Most people don't even know this is a one man gang, but those who do know, don't know which Colour is the original man. The leaders of the gang are either Black or White, but there are rumours that neither of the two are actually the original. They'll be more to come, if you have any ideas, please, do tell. | |
