| This is a new hero, that I made for the fun of it, when I was talking to my friend about what it would be like if we gained Super Powers. This is what I would like. FlashbackName: Timothy Ian Micheal Eastwood  Powers: Time Manipulation: Slow Down, Speed Up, Turn Back up to 30 seconds. He also has the ability to be more focused during his "Slow Down." If he uses Slow Down and Speed Up at the same time, he'll appear to be running faster from an outside source. To come is his Villain, based on my friend, who would want the power of Invunrablity.
