Not really, The sentinel and the Chtullu by Sever where much bigger than that. Strider and The_Fool also did 2 or 3 collective work that are bigger than that and Strider did a few bigger than that on his own.

Our spaceship is the largest though Alex's Galactus was pretty big too.
