Powers:
Technopathy- Ability to manipulate technology. It could manifest as a special form of electrical manipulation, a special form of shapeshifting which allows physical interaction with machines, or even a special form of ESP that allows for mental interface with computer data.

Bone manipulation- Ability to manipulate the bones in ones own body. This includes, but is not limited to, the generation of new bone mass, projecting bones out from the skin or rearranging one's own bones.

Photographic reflexes- Ability to mimic any athletic or martial arts movement after seeing it once.

Superhuman reflexes- Ability to react faster than a normal human.

Superhuman senses- Ability to see, smell, taste, touch, or hear more than a normal human.

Empathy- Ability to read or sense the emotions or feelings of others.

Sound Manipulation- Ability to manipulate sound waves.

Now an in-depth look at what exactly he can do:
Technopathy...with this ability, he can fuse with any form of technology and use it as a weapon or any other means of usage *shrug*. Bone manipulation...using this, he is able to completely rearrange the way his bones look, allowing him to use them as weapons by actually disconnecting them from his body, since he is able to replace that bone temporarily with a weaker one, to keep form. Photographic reflexes...he was naturally given this ability at birth. His mind reads the movements exactly as they're pulled off, and allows for him to recreate the movements. Superhuman reflexes...yet another natural born talent. Using his brain once more, he is able to roughly see where the opponent will move next, and can act accordingly. Superhuman senses...this is a genetic enhancement; it allows for him to see further than a regular human. He can also use this ability to hear more acute noises. However, because of this heightened hearing, he is susceptable to high pitch noises, as he can hear them better. Empathy...this is a natural born power as well. If he gets emotionally connected to anybody, he is able to sense their feelings and emotions more acutely than a typical person. Sound Manipulation....this is a mechanical enhancement. Using his blade-gauntlet, he is able to move soundwaves to create eardrum-bursting noises, sonic booms, and various other things (including toss his voice); the catch is however, that he has to move quite fast.
