COLOUr--okay im a nobb to but dont use just the paint colours take some from other sprites(i use them from the pokemon sprites^^) your avatar for example is a vers cool idea but a very bad colouring

good, but be careful with shading, look at melf's hat, the brighter colours are in the inside, not in the outside...

Loving these, i really like the colouring let even though its not techinically right, just keep practicing and your technique will improve.

aminedi look real great...but the black OL look a bit strange, meaning the lines at the head and upper body...was that extra or a mistake...
