Soldier America
Real Name: Gordon Ingram
Power: Soldier America is superhumanly strong, agile and fast. He's also a skilled tactician.
Backstory: In what would be known as the "Portal War", or the "Portal Crisis", the extradimensional villainess Deanna initiated a large-scale ground invasion of the United States of America, sending armies through various portals. In order to aid the American armed forces against the threat, the nation's heroes joined together to collaborate in the struggle, with even foreign heroes such as Sky Falcon from Britain or Simoom from Egypt coming to lend a hand. An American officer, Gordon Ingram, volunteered for a genetic experiment that turned him into Soldier America, in an effort to give the union of superheroes a trained commander. Although initially disliked by the other superheroes who saw him as "manufactured", he quickly proved his mettle in the fights against Deanna's armies.

On the second one, I tried to do like, vertical seams on the white parts, but it didn't come out exactly how I wanted it. Still, I thought I'd include it so you can see which one you like best.

Personally, I prefer the first one, but the vertical seams look good on the belt and shoulders.

Lastico
Real Name: Jonathan Jefferson, Humbert Jefferson, Jason Hawke
Powers: Lastico possesses stretching powers. He can stretch his limbs extremely far and reshape parts or all of his body into anything he wishes.
Backstory: Jonathan Jefferson was a soldier, who got wounded in battle during the Invasion of Normandy. Unable to reach safety, he was rescued by a Nazi soldier who turned out to be a spy for the British. He brought Jefferson to a secret hideout and treated his wounds, giving him medicine as well, but just then a Nazi soldier who had found the hideout dropped a chemical weapon down. The combination of the medicine and chemical gas caused a mutation in Jefferson's body, and he became Lastico. Continuing to fight as a superhero, he returned home after the war and fought crime there instead.
Jefferson later married, and recieved a son called Humbert. Humbert proved to have the same powers as his father, and grew up to become the second Lastico, continuing to fight crime through the 60s and 70s, before perishing in the struggle against the chaotic being known as Wargod.
In modern day, a teenage boy named Jason, adopted by the Hawke family, discovered he had these powers as well. Taking the costume and name for himself, he became a new Lastico, convinced he was related to the Jeffersons.

Metafictional Publication History
First Appearance: Exciting Fantasy #10
Other Appearances: Lastico appeared in a few more issues of Exciting Fantasy, but his popularity convinced Clarity Comics to grant him his own series, Lastico, which lasted from 1944 to 1948. New adventures with the character came in the late 50s, but it was soon retconned (As they had done with Magnetar and Marathon) that this was the son of the original. Lastico remained popular until the 70s, when his own series ended, and the character was unceremoniously killed off. Clarity Comics ignored fan rage over this, but later created a new Lastico, who starred in his own series in 2003 and onward.

Captain Tricolour
Real Name: Jean-Luc Fournier
Powers: Captain Tricolour can call upon spirits of historical French warriors to grant him superhuman strength, speed and endurance as well as flight.
Backstory: A secret agent working for the French government, Jean-Luc Fournier was on the trail of a group of anarchists who sought to topple the government. They surprised him and shot him, leaving him for dead in a cemetery. However, the spirits of old warriors surrounded and healed him, wanting to aid him against the anarchists. Armed with their power, he became Captain Tricolour, national hero of France. After defeating the anarchists, he continued to fight crime, and soon founded the Euroforce, in order to allow himself and other European heroes to reach out with their aid to all of Europe.

Mr. Statue
Real Name: Stefan Flint
Powers: Mr. Statue's body is metallic, and he has superhuman strength and endurance. He needs no food, water or air, but needs to get a charge of energy from a special ray when his own energy starts to run low.
Backstory: Fired from his job for his dangerous research, Professor Elliott Grimm hired criminal Stefan Flint to be a test subject for his treatment to create the ultimate soldier. The experiment was a success, and Flint became Mr. Statue. Initially using his powers to cause chaos and destruction, he soon realized that there was no way to return to normal. Although he continued to do jobs for Grimm so he could get the energy ray treatments, he also consulted the Prodigy, who promised to find him a cure in return for his cooperation in reproducing the experiment.

Psycho
Real Name: Juliet Spada
Powers: Psycho has powers very similar to the "Force" powers used by Jedi knights in Star Wars, although the abilities are called "Sh'uai". She has demonstrated telepathic powers and telekinetic powers, amongst others. Unlike the Jedi, Psycho gains her powers by absorbing small amounts of energy from everything around her.
Backstory: The well-known and powerful heroine Marya Repp, Force Woman, gained her abilities in the School of Sh'uai, who educate gifted men and women in their magics. During her time there, she had a friendly rivalry with Juliet Spada. However, upon leaving the School, Spada started using her powers for criminal means, as she had never intended to be a force of good, which brought her into conflict with her former friend. Taking the name Psycho, she became Force Woman's archenemy.

I have, yes. A few of my micros were 3-toned. However, the two-toned ones give a more comic-booky feeling ('Course, that's just what I think), and I really like that.

Doll
Real Name: ED-1 through 31
Powers: Superhuman speed, strength, agility and endurance, as well as skill with virtually any weapon, and innate knowledge about pretty much all superheroes of modern day. All Dolls are equipped with a glowing blade that can cut through most materials.
Backstory: The Dolls, or ED unit (Eliminator Doll), are a special force of clones employed by Deanna, the interdimensional supervillainess. Having travelled between many dimensions, she has gathered intel on all superheroes in this dimension by observing them in any of the ones she already went to. Implanting this into artificial brains that are then inserted into cloned, superpowered bodies, she created an elite force designed specifically to eliminate superhuman threats to her schemes. ED-1, however, she kept to call her daughter, naming her Lionne. During what would become known as the Portal War, or Portal Crisis, Deanna unleashed all of her Dolls to stop the union of superheroes from destroying her portal nexus before she could escape, causing the deaths of numerous heroes, including Felina, Defender, Kickoff, Adventurer and Sweetheart.
Although the Dolls were neutralized in that struggle, Lionne was not present, and the threat of new Dolls continues to linger.

Far more well-trained and equipped than the usual supervillain's grunts, these hordes can give the best armies of Earth a run for their money.

Captain Panda Man
Real Name: Randy Slick
Powers: Captain Panda Man possesses no superhuman powers, but he can make a quite convincing panda impression.
Backstory: The Ratton Hill Superhuman Insane Asylum is home to many strange people. One of the stranger ones is Randy Slick, a.k.a. Captain Panda Man. After getting lost in the forest for three months following a hike, he was attacked by an escaped panda for unknown reasons. After escaping from the panda, he became convinced he had gained its powers, and put on a panda-themed costume, calling himself Captain Panda Man. Despite not actually having superpowers, he was placed on Ratton Hill, but on occasion manages to escape to perform "heroic deeds" that include rolling around in the street and eating bamboo from wherever he can find it.


Faceless Man
Real Name: Unknown
Powers: Excellent athlete and martial artist skilled with a variety of weapons. Uses drugs to maintain a peak human condition.
Backstory: The Faceless Man is the chief assassin of That Man. His history is unknown, as he refuses to share it. Like his employer, he never takes his mask off in public.

Nega-Man
Real Name: Edward Reed
Powers: Nega-Man exists as antimatter. By his own willpower, he can prevent particle-antiparticle annihilation and other possible dangers of antimatter. He can fire destructive "antimatter beams" and fly.
Backstory: Edward Reed, brilliant scientist, dedicated himself to finding an alternate source of energy. Experimenting with the mysterious "Kwartions", he was accidentally sucked into an alternate dimension of darkness. He continued to warp through dimensions until he reached a dimension that appeared as Earth inverted. When he arrived back on Earth, he had mutated into a negative man. However, his mind was also backwards, and he decided to turn to evil as Nega-Man.


Witness
On several of their crimes, the Beholder and his wife Spectator have hired thugs referred to as Witnesses.
