I really like the color of Candyman's suit....and the hair & beard throw you off, how can someone who looks so happy & successful be so bad ??

Thanks! And now on to a shifting of gears in Earth 3 I give you Junior Larceny:

Junior Larceny: With danger of the Terrors hanging over the Crime Cartel like the Sword of Damocles, The group knew they needed an edge. As such they began to gather a team of young criminals to be potential replacements for elder Crime Cartel members Taken care of by Silver Cyclone the group appears to be a team of loyal warriors, but each has it's own scheme in mind for itself:


Silver Cyclone: Dr. T. O. Morrow, a genius robotics expert wanted to create the first in a series of robotic Champions to assist the Justice Corps. in their noble work. He was nearly finished with his first champion, Silver Cyclone, A robot with the power to generate power blasts of wind and create and control miniature cyclones. He was discussing the machine with Lexor, when the evil Ultraman broke in on the grounds of hearing about new super-weapons. While the robot was finished, it had not been programed. With the help of Owlman, Ultraman programmed into it a love of crime and a loyalty to the Crime Cartel. When the Idea of Junior Larceny was discussed, Owlman pointed out the dangers of betrayal by the new team. Silver Cyclone was the solution. While acting as the team's caretaker and punching bag, the robot would monitor careful their actions. What the Crime Cartel didn't suspect was that the robot's personality had evolved over hour studying the internet. It had developed a hatred for all organics and wanted to wipe them from the planet. While it quietly does the job it's "masters" wish, Cyclone watches both Junior Larceny and the Cartel for signs of weakness. When it gets the opportunity it will carry out it's plans to wipe out all life in the galaxy before shutting it self off forever.


Ultraboy: When the Crime Cartel began to each pick their personal champion, Ultraman picked Ultraboy to be his representative. Like his mentor his plans are the most obvious. Once he and his team destroy the Terrors, he'll "convince" the others to attack the Crime Cartel. What the others don't realize is that this is a side plan by the two Kryptonians to eliminate the other members of both teams. This plan is to go into effect however, after both the Terrors and the Justice Corps are destroyed. The ultraman plans for the three Kryptonians to rule the Earth forever. Little does he know that Ultraboy had a hidden gun with a pair of Kryptonite bullets ready so he can rule alone.


Talon: Owlman knew his current squire Talon was the perfect choice for Junior Larceny. Like his mentor, Talon has studied each member of the team and has plans prepared to kill them when the time comes. Unlike the others, he plans to join the Crime Cartel when they are dead. While not loyal to them anymore then he is to Junior Larceny, he plans to learn all their secrets before he become the criminal ruler of the world. Unlike the others, he has some loyalty to his master who plans for Talon to attempt to kill him. If he succeeds, it means he's ready to take over. If he fails, it means death or worse.


Super Lass: Each of the Olympian Gods are linked to a part of humanity. For Hera that's marriage, a ritual that had grown weaker over the past century. As a result Zeus had been once again having more affairs with mortals. Cassie Sandsmark is an example of one such affair. Like Heracles, Cassie grew up not knowing who her father was. Ares saw her as a potential tool rather then a enemy. As such he had Superwoman approach her to replace Artemis as Super Lass. Cassie saw this as an opportunity, and accepted. Armed with a pair of Amazon bracelets that give her powers similar to Superwoman and Artemis, Cassie took her place as the new Super Lass. Her first assignment was to join Junior Larceny as Superwoman's representative. Like the others she has her own agenda, one that not even Ares knows of. While Super Lass mouths loyalty to Super Woman and Ares, she truly serves Cronus. Once the Terrors and the Justice Corps are gone and Ares is ready to begin his plans for eternal war, she is to steal his powers and his place as the new Goddess of War. Once done she plans to use her new powers to free Cronus and the other Titans so they can rule the planet, with her as Rhea's replacement as the bride of the Titan King.


Blur: To gain favor from Johnny Quick for his son's betrayal Barry Allen used a blood sample taken from Jay Garrick, the Streak, and made a clone from it. The clone was named Bart Allen and pasted of as the nephew of Barry. As hoped, Bart had the speed caused him to grow into a teenage boy in just sixteen weeks. Dressed in a costume that combines features of Quick's and Streak's costumes, Bart became the Blur and took his place among Junior Larceny. The odd thing about Blur is his personal goals. While he plans to betray both Junior Larceny and the Cartel, it's so he can join the Felon's Guild. After discovering where his blood had come from he had read all about his "father". Intrigued by his attitude of a noble criminal, Blur felt this was the path for him. When he gets the chance he plans on running to the group that believes that even if a criminal breaks law, he should have some standards.


Quarrel: Cissie Jones was the daughter of Bonnie King-Jones, a former Olympic archer. Bonnie had met her husband at the Olympics when they won the Gold and Silver for Archery respectively. While Mr. Jones became a mob lawyer and Bonnie became his secretary, their daughter took up gymnastics. This was her way of rebelling against her parents dream of her becoming a Olympic archer as well. While she had the skill with ranged weaponry she wanted to gain different skills. After becoming extremely skilled in acrobatics, Cissie study various criminal skills. Her goal was to be the greatest cat burglar in the world. Her goals changed when she saw Hood and Shriek in action. It was then that she saw a use for the talents her parents had given her. Building a special trick crossbow, which would be more deadly then a normal bow, she soon became the evil Quarrel. She at first offered her talents to the evil couple as their apprentice, but they immediately turned her down. With Bracer still loyal to them they didn't need another heir. However Power Ring saw a use for her. While the other Crime Cartel members had found good students for Junior Larceny, he had not due to his ring's secret. As such he saw the crimson archer as a potential helper. The offer was too tempting and she accepted immediately. She is easily the most loyal to her mentor due to a crush on him. She would only turn on the others if he said so. Power Ring meantime has oddly gained a little affection for his protege, and sees her a his potential successor to the Power Ring legacy if something happens to him.


Cipher: Greta Hayes was a dark and creepy girl, even when she was alive. She was the type of girl who found the soundtracks to horror movies great as lullabies. During on Halloween Greta dressed up a Ghost Rescuer, her idea for a person to fight Ghostbusters, when she saw a crime scene. A local street gang was in a shoot out with the police. Naturally she ran to help the gang kill the pigs who promoted order and piece over the true law: might makes right. It wasn't long before a stray bullet from one of the officers struck Greta, killing her. but for some reason she could travel on. Her soul was too dark for Heaven, yet not corrupted enough for hell. As a result she returned to the living world as a ghost. This delighted her to no end. With time and practice she gained the powers to fly, teleport, shape-shift, and become ethereal since her new state had some substance. She soon took the cryptic name of Cipher and went in search of her favorite hero. Naturally that "hero" was the evil Martian, whom she was impressed by. The Martian, being the last of his kind, saw Cipher's powers and theme as the perfect counterpoint to his own and had her join Junior Larceny. The other members give Cipher a wide berth as her attitude creeps even them out. Once all rivals and heroes are gone, Cipher plans on unleashing ever horror that has ever been seen in monster movies so as to create her true dream world.

Now that's done, I have a little bonus. I've noticed that villains sometimes change hands. A good example is Kingpin, who fought Spider-Man before becoming Daredevil's arch-enemy. As such I felt that if any team of existing villains would be a good enemy for Shadow Khan it's this bunch. I give you my version of the Royal Flush Gang:


The Royal Flush Gang: As Card Shark tried to take over New York's underworld, he ran into two problems. The first was the competition, the second were heroes like Shadow Khan. As his normal henchmen did little to stop these problems, Card Shark decided to form a group for that purpose. Picking five appropriate crooks, he asked Mechanic to outfit them with weapons appropriate for a gang that worked for him. Since the name was not being used by anyone at the time, Mechanic created The Royal Flush Gang to be Card Shark's new winning hand. The members are:

King: Tony Dracon was the head of one of the top criminal organizations in New York until the NYPD slowly broke it down and put him away. During a prison riot, Tony managed to escape and return to reclaim his place in the Underworld. However he soon found the deck was stacked against him due to the feuding criminal organizations in the city. It was then that Card Shark approached him with an offer. Tony had seen some of the "weird stuff" hiding in the city and offered him a way to gain power in the underworld again. Armed with Razor cards, a sword, and a special Playing Card Glider, Tony Became King, Leader of the Royal Flush Gang. King waits and Bides his time until he can overthrow Card Shark and revamp his gang into what he feels is a more profitable group.

Queen:Sable Manfredi, was the daughter of Silvermane who wished to retake his position in the criminal underworld. When that plan fell through, she joined Cark Shark's gang in order to build a new organization to rule New York. In reward for her loyalty Card Shark Chose her to become Queen in the Royal Flush Gang. Armed with Razor Cards, a trick scepter, and a standard Card glider, Queen acts as the moll in the evil card themed gang. Sable has learned of King's plans for Card Shark's organization and wants in. What King suspects, and rightly so, is that once he finishes setting up the coup she'll take him out as well so she can run the show for herself. Queen's plan is in fact to let King rule and act as the fall guy if things go sour. preferring Chess to Poker, she know who in a royal court truly holds power.

Jack: Jencko was once just the leader of a group of punks named the Turks. His plans for real power for his gang ended when a local crime fighter busted him for the cops. While in jail he became loyal to a former crime boss, Tony Dracon. When a prison riot allowed Dracon to escape, Jencko went with him. Card Shark found the pair of them and made his offer to Dracon. Dracon agreed to be King of the Royal Flush Gang if Jencko could be Jack. Card Shark agreed and soon the punk was armed with the standard Razor Cards, Card Glider, and a pair of trick daggers. Jack is second in command of the Royal Flush Gang and is extremely loyal to King. Jack knows of King's plan to topple Card Shark, and hopes to help and gain a place in the reorganization. While Jack would like to be top dog someday, he feels he has a lot to learn and plans to keep close to king to learn all there is to know.

Ten: Duncan Matthews was once just an ordinary football jock for Bayville High. After graduation he got a job with a mining company. But it all went to pot after a run-in with the local mutants. He was the one put in jail instead of them. After getting out he found he no longer could get honest work. With no other recourse, Duncan went to the nearby city of New York and joined Card Shark's gang as one of his dealer henchmen. Card Shark saw his loyalty to him and his hatred for the freak community. For that reason he let him join the Royal Flush Gang as Ten. Ten of course carries the standard weapons of the gang, yet nothing else. Mostly around to do heavy lifting, Ten know about the power struggle that will arise between Card Shark and King. He plans to side with whatever side is most likely to win.

Ace: Unlike the others Ace was just a ordinary street punk selected for an experiment. Having found a small stash of Bane's Venom and some of the Mad Hatter's Mind control chips, Card Shark used them in an experiment on the crook who had attempted to pickpocket him. The result was that the experiment shattered his mind, but left him with the strength of ten men. Card Shark chose him to be Ace as he was his Ace in the hole. If the gang tried to topple him, Ace would defend him as his mind control chip, the only thing that allows Ace to move, programed him with complete loyalty to Card Shark alone. While he dose have Razor Cards and a Card Glider, Ace most often just uses his strength to face threat. Few would dare face this living robot.

So many plot twists await...who will betray who, who will survive....it will be a storm in the making, I can't wait!!!

I really don't know, as the Wondergang was just a bit of fun and not connected to my Shadow Khan project. If you look closely at the RFG you'll see a pattern that will give you a clue to idea of my Megafic.

Thanks Guys! Now I've cooked up what may be the most interesting villain I've made so far. The evil stage magician Le Bateleur!


Le Bateleur: Henri Vandaleur was the only child of a pair of French immigrants living in southeast Louisiana. A brilliant child, Henri loved watching the local street performers and wished to become a famous magician. His parents dislike this idea, due to their firm religious beliefs. However, they supported him when they discovered he meant to use science to wow and awe an audience as oppose to real magic. Their hope was that the boy's childish dream would shift to something more noble like computer science as he grew older. So as he grew he got straight A's in class, yet spent many weekends studying various skills of sleight of hand, ventriloquism, and mimicry. When he reach 21 he flew to Hollywood to learn from stuntmen various secrets of movie magic to incorporate into his act. While there he even gained an extensive knowledge of hand-to-hand combat techniques. Finally at 25 he felt he was ready. He got a gig in New York for a stage show. Billed as "The Incomparable Vandaleur", he used everything he learned to put on a great act. But no one cheered. In turned out that the crowd had expected Zatanna who use of real magic in her act was far better then what he could achieve without a much larger budget.

Henri briefly considered returning to Louisiana, when a man approached him. An underboss for a local crime family had been in the crowd and saw a use for his skills. His boss had the idea of robbing a local police warehouse full of contraband. And Henri's skills and brilliance would be able to get them in. Since the job offered fifty thousand dollars, and a percentage of the profits, Henri accepted. The crime was running smoothly until Shadow Khan showed up. Like the others Henri was terrified of the goblin mystic. But unlike the others who attacked, he fled to a dark part of the warehouse. Fortunately for Henri, Shadow Khan hadn't seen him and soon wiped the floor with the gang. The would be magician was both afraid and mad. The goblin had terrified his and cost him a lot of money. Quietly he wished their was a way to take him down. As he was leaving he noticed what crate he was hiding next to. It was full of alien and supervillain tech that was to be handed over to Reed Richards. To Henri it was a gold mine. Using a forklift and the truck the gang had hidden, he took the crate back to his apartment.

In the crate Henri found a laptop filled with various information including weapon designs, a formula for a brain boosters, and all known information on Nth metal. To his delight he found out that the alien metal was Shadow Khan's equivalent of Kryptonite! Hearing that there was a legal bounty on the goblin, Henri decided to use the materials in the crate and the information on the laptop to first get back at Shadow Khan, then use the money to build his career. To help in this plan he made the brain booster to make him smart enough to better understand the rest of the equipment. The formula worked, but at a price. Henri's mind was now equal of scientists like Banner or Luthor, but it also cost him his sanity. He soon realized that he could make more money as a crime lord then as a magician. But feeling he needed a hook, decided to use a mystic theme for his arsenal and methodology. Soon Shadow Khan was facing the evil "mystic" Le Bateleur!

Le Bateleur's powers come mainly from his arsenal, which is designed to not only look like magic, but to play to Shadow Khan's weaknesses. His trick cane for example is made from Nth metal. To further help keep up with the goblin, Le Bateleur has developed a steroid derivative base on Venom that has brought his strength level's up to Shadow Khan's. The battle between these two mystics has always ended in draws due to Shadow Khan's cunning, and Le Bateleur deadly technology. How long before one gains a lasting victory remains to be seen.

Can you believe how long that story was? Well as a bonus I've also have the underworld armorer of New York. I give you the Mechanic!


Mechanic: Jack Connors was born an idiot savant. While most of the time he seemed thicker then custard, he was genius with mechanical devices. As a result when he grew up, he took over his father's job as a mechanic. It seemed he'd never leave the Brooklyn garage he practically grew up in until a stranger came. He claimed his car had broken down a few blocks away and needed help getting it to Jack's garage. Naturally the dim-witted Jack offered to help, hoping to get a bit of extra cash in the bargain. It turned out the man was Dr. Anton Sevarius who planned to use Jack as part of his experiments on the mind. The resulting experiments was excruciating and it seemed as if Jack had been killed by it. Sevarius' men dumped the body not far from the garage. As it turned out Jack was alive! The experiment had expanded his intellect greatly, yet warped his mind. He discovered could now build incredibly advance weapons and vehicles just as easily as he use to be able to fix cars. For a brief moment he considered becoming a supervillain, but felt it would be too dangerous. Instead he build an android to be his middle man and spread the word out about a person who could build high tech weapons for anyone if the price was right. When asked who he was, the Android simply said "He's just a simple Mechanic." Ever since then if a person wants a weapon more exotic then a shotgun, or more deadly then a uzi, they contact the Mechanic.

Well as I said when I startedd I was planning to start over when it came to Shadow Khan's enemies. In fact Le Bateleur is my latest attempt at a proper arch-enemy for him. But your comment BLL has given me ideas on how I can keep those six. So thanks!
