Thanks. But it's not Maple Dog himself, just the my version of his avatar. I think the name of the character is Captain Canada. - MapleDog wrote:

Glad you like it. The original design was cool & I wanted to see what I could do with it. - MapleDog wrote:

| wow. It has been along time since I last put anything in here. So, what have I been doing for the last 2 months? Not much. I'm not sure why but I just haven't really been want to do anything Micro Hero related. I also haven't really being replying to anything either. My involvement in MIB has dropped off to little to no involvement. I'm not sure when I'll have anything to show you next. But I just thought you should know that I am still around just not as much as I had been. | |

| No one cares to comment on my post. ok, I guess. I thought I'd make a post saying that I'm thinking of doing another set Elves this year. I had fun making them & people seemed like seeing/requesting them last time. So, I'd most likely start in on this project sometime late next month. Maybe the week of the 21st or the 28th & have the project run for month of December up until Christmas. And like last year I'd most likely have a special closing micro. I did Santa last year so I might do a different version of him or make his wife this year. As for if I'll be doing/post anything in between now & then: I might be. You'll just have to wait & see. | |

| *kicks her computer* Didn't see the message til this time, eek! *grabs her foot and jumps up and down*
I know how it is for the dolling muse to take flight, plus RL interfering in things. *hugs* Things have been really nuts on this end as well.

| Q: Yes, it's been a year. It's amazing as how time flies. Kat: It's ok that you didn't see the message, no one else did either. Why I hadn't done much in the terms of micros lately I don't think it's as much as my muse leaving me it might be that I was ignoring it & paying more attention to a computer game. To get back in the swing of things, here are 2 new micros & they are 2 members here: Genoman & Weekend Avenger. With Genoman, I basically just remade his micro. Where as with Weekend Avenger, I took some more artistic license with the costume. I hope he doesn't mind. | |

| Those are both fantastic but I must say Weekend Avenger is the best of the two. Probably cos it has some more Beav flare to it. | |

Thanks. With WA there was more to work with as for GM, I would have just been added on things & wasn't sure what to add on so I didn't. - daisukemousy18 wrote:

Thanks but I'm not sure if people would mind or not since I didn't ask them before if I could make the micros I did. - Burningbird wrote:

Thanks. I like WA, too. But I thought I'd also make GM because I liked the design & needed to get back in the habit of working on stuff. - Kgoku wrote:

Thanks. ------------- Recently my computer had been having some problems & drastic measures had been taken to fix it: My Computer now has a brand new hard drive in it which means all that I had saved on is now gone. But not all is lost! As a number of my files had been saved on an external hard drive or two so I'm in the process of uploading my files back on to the computer. But, I'm not sure if everything I had saved on my computer had gotten transfered on to the external drives so some of files might be lost to me forever. But the only files that might truly be in jeopardy are those that are from the last few weeks/months. Things from months/years ago should be ok, I think/I hope. I'll know more once the upload is over. Until this finished I won't be doing anymore micros.

| I've had a hard drive crash and lost major amounts of information. It took a long time to recover most of the files from the original sources. Some files were lost forever. I got 2 external drives after that.
Hope you don't have too much trouble recovering your lost data.

| Thanks. An update on what happening with my computer: So, I found a large part of my collection. I've only been through 1 of the 2 external hard drives connected to my computer. I might find more, I might not. What I found was 2 older sets of my micros, 1 slightly newer then the other. Not everything was there. I think most of the stuff seems to be from some time last year. As I said I've only been through one external hard drive, the other one might have more of my stuff or just more of the same stuff. I don't yet have my image editing software loaded yet so now that I most of my micro stuff I still can't do anything with it. | |

| I thought I'd post this a second place just to double my changes. So, as people may well know I was having some computer problems (which are now fixed) but in my backing up of files I didn't get everything backed up so I'm missing some files. But, I was going to go online to get some of those missing files back but the internet has chosen to misplace some micros, 4 actually. So, I come to you in hope that someone had saved these micros & would be able to give me a copy. The 4 micros in question are: - 2 from last year's Feeling a bit Elfish? project: The 3rd version of my own Elf (The one with the hat, I have found the other 2 versions) & KaMaTh's elf. - 2 from the Lil' Micro project: I'm missing Lil' Ayoma & Lil' Raziel. If anyone has saved these micros, I'd be grateful if you could get them to me. Thanks. | |

| Found two so far... found um over on TI Wish I had more, but my drives went out earlier this year and I lost everything from about May 09 til then... was a pain in the tush. Now I make it a point to backup at least 3 times a month.
