So, this post is to make a announcement: At this point in time I will not be doing a set of Elves this year. I may not actually be doing any more micros period.

The crashing of the computer started me along a road but then some real life stuff came into play & I would have rather gone out with a bang then a whimper but that how it goes.

This isn't goodbye forever just a see you later. I might continue to lurk around the board, maybe to just check my IM inbox. I'm not sure if I want a mod to lock this gallery, I'd say leave it open for all those that want to comment.

So, Da Talking Beaver has gone mute & will speak no more. Thanks for the memories.

You'll be missed, I hope this hiatus won't be for too long. Good luck with whatever comes your way.

it was the worst bday present everrrrrrrrrrr

Just popping into say I'm still alive but the cake is still a lie.

I have been lurking in the shadows around the board & have seen some nice stuff has been put out recently. As for me & doing new micros: haven't done any but that's mostly because I don't have the ability to do so. As I have said my computer crashed so programs needed to be reloaded when the computer came back. The ones I had been using were not reloaded so that's why I stepped away. I'm still away.

There is a pretty good chance that I might be back up & running some time early next year (first 3 months). But that depends on a few other things going certain favorable ways. I will tell you all when I'm back but that time is not now.

Now on to the recent comments: I sort of felt like I was peaking in on my funeral. It's nice to know I am missed. Also, I'm glad that Genoman liked the micro.

They weren't exactly christmas presents but I did get some micro news in the last few days. Favorable micro news!

Files I thought were lost to me might have been found (Still have to looking that). I'm also close to getting a new means of creating Micros. So if all goes well, by this time next month I might have something to show you all.

That's good to know that they've been found. I know when i loose something, no matter what it is i'll go nuts until I can find it.

So.... you know what said earlier about stuff being found? Well, forget that. What was found in those files was just more of the same. So, the stuff I really hoping to find wasn't there.

But the other thing about me close to be able to restart up doing still hold true or last i heard it still held true. If something changes I'll tell you all.

Lastly as question for you all: I sort of want to do a Christmas themed request project but if I did do the project it would be happening sometime well into the new year (Mid January at the earliest). So, would people mind if I did this project even though the holiday it relates to has past?

I'd love the idea of another holiday themed thing. The Christmas spirit can hit any time of year so I think it would be cool

So, I don't have any programs yet so the rumored project won't be done this month. Maybe in February or later. I don't know. I'll let you know when I do.

Some people are so stupid. Any idiot would realize there's a lot of cross over between the various graphics/micros/etc. sites. He/She was bound to be caught fairly quickly.

I still don't have any new micros to show you all I just thought I'd pop in & give an update.

I was recently told by my dad (I use a shared computer with my parents) that in the next few months he would be buying some new programs for the computer. Among those programs there would be some image editing software which would mean I would be able to resume Micro Hero creation.

I'll continue to update you all as I get information.
