Okay heres a better JOel, i tried to get the sleepy eyed thing, but i couldn't get the eyes right.

Try using a darker shade under the eyes, that will give him the "sleepy" look. Nice job btw.

Nice job, he might look more sleepy if you made under his eyes a bit more round rather than triangles
