Arachne
Real Name: Penelope Savage
Powers: Arachne possesses superhuman strength, speed and agility. She possesses eight arachnid legs (Though two have grown through her arms and given her a pair of wrist spikes) with which she can walk on more or less any surface, stick to walls, and restrain foes. They are also sharp-ended, and make great striking weapons. Arachne can also spit out a fluid similar to the web-fluid of individuals such as Spider-Man or Spider-Queen. This fluid can be used to restrain foes. She can also drool out a long strand of this fluid and use it to climb down.
Backstory: Arachne was one of the test subjects for a new super-soldier serum developed by the American government involving spider DNA. Although the other three died during testing, Penelope Savage became mutated into a freakish spider-humanoid. Going insane, she fought her way out of the installation and escaped. She later became a hired assassin.
On one occasion, in an effort to escape a police squad that had begun pursuing her, Arachne entered a taxi and killed the driver and passenger to commandeer it. Unfortunately, the passenger was the mother of Natasha Carradine, a.k.a. Phobia. Upon escaping the Ratton Hill insane asylum, Phobia sought out and confronted Arachne. In the course of their battle, they came into the old mansion in which the vampiress Nocturne lived. Getting help from Nocturne, Phobia defeated Arachne, though was forced to let her live. Some time after becoming a vampire, however, Phobia met Arachne again, and this time showed her no mercy.


Steel Wing
Real Name: Johannes Steele
Powers: His suit grants him the ability to fly and superhuman strength to a low degree (three times normal human). The wings are used for navigation, but like Blackbird's, are sharp enough to be used in attacks.
Backstory: A criminal who purchased a superpowered suit in an effort to regain respect in the underworld after the influx of supervillains pushed him off the limelight, Steel Wing is a recurring foe of Nocturne.

I'm liking Hell's Belle, the name and costume is great. If she wielded a pitchfork, it'd be even better!

Also, I actually know a Liberty Lass on CoH! lol I like her mask a lot.

Hangman
Real Name: Phillip Dawson
Powers: The Hangman is an excellent hand-to-hand combatant. He uses a superstrong rope in various ways including looping around foes' limbs, whipping, or tying them around heavy objects and use these to strike his foes.
Backstory: After Phillip Dawson was discovered as a mole by the mob, he was captured and sentenced by them to execution. Although he was hanged, the weak rope snapped. The skilled fighter managed to beat down his captors, and only after realized he had used lethal force. Deciding that he didn't care anymore, he quit the force to take a career in what he felt he was better at, killing. Donning a mask as the Hangman, he became a famous assassin.

Powers: Magisa can alter reality in her close vicinity through her own motions. At will, she can cause a variety of effects. Although simple things such as moving a cup would require nothing more than moving her hand, she can cause greater effects such as casting illusions or forming beings out of the environment to strike her opponents by performing complex dancelike patterns.
Backstory: None yet.


Beholder
Real Name: Aloysius Starr
Powers: Beholder's helmet grants him a 360 degree field of vision. He possesses wrist-blasters with which he can fire concussive energy blasts.
Backstory: Another of the Prodigy's manufactured villains, Beholder repeatedly crosses paths with Hit Miss.

Queen Hood
Real Name: Secret!!!
Powers: Queen Hood's cloak is made of the same superstrong material as the one used by Overcast. Although she cannot control or extend her cloak, Queen Hood can use it to deflect attacks. With the aid of microtechnology hidden in her suit, she can emit a smoke cloud, fly and teleport herself and others.
Backstory: The secrets of Queen Hood are unknown.


Lady Rainbow
Real Name: Candice Adler
Powers: Lady Rainbow can rotate the color pattern on her body. She can emit a beam from her finger, and the effects vary depending on the color her finger currently has. Purple beams darken an area, blue beams temporarily paralyze foes, indigo beams read other's minds and dispel illusions, green beams grant a rush of strengthening and replenishing energy to the target, yellow beams cause bright, blinding flashes of light, orange beams emit intense heat, and red beams hit the target with concussive force. Lady Rainbow can also fly, and return to human form at will, though she cannot use any powers in human form.
Backstory: Candice Adler was one of the scientists who studied an alien substance found in a meteorite. The peculiar, rainbow-colored substance disobeyed gravitation, hovering in mid-air. As a result of this, during an experiment, a drop of it went astray without anyone noticing. This drop floated away unnoticed until it eventually came under a water tap just as Candice Adler was taking a glass of water. Mixed with the water, the substance gave Candice superhuman powers. She decided to keep these a secret to the world and her colleagues, and became the superheroine Lady Rainbow.. though she frequently had to explain she was straight.
